Shipping Policy

  • We process orders Monday - Friday and aim to process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Customers will be provided an email update with tracking information as we are processing your order. Please take order processing timelines into consideration. We are a small handmade business many items are made to order. If that is the case please allow 5 business days unless stated else wise  

  • Orders to the USA - generally via Canada Post which transfers to USPS. (Please note the same tracking ID can be used on USPS website once the parcel crosses into the US). Upgraded shipping to UPS or FedEX (3-5 business days) is available at checkout.

  • In the event that you live local to Atlist Boutique and would like to pick up your order you may select "Local Pickup" at checkout. Once you receive an email letting you know your order has been processed and is available for pickup, please reply to atlistboutique@gmail.com to coordinate a time for curbside or in-store pickup. Please note that we have limited store hours by appointment only, in adherence with social distancing guidelines.

  • Shipping to the rest of the world is offered and shipping rates are determined via Canada Post rate calculator at checkout.

  • Atlist Boutique cannot guarantee the quality of delivery, nor is Atlist Boutique responsible for packages lost and/or stolen during delivery. If you have issues with your delivery or believe your parcel may be lost, please contact Canada Post, USPS, or the relevant courier with your tracking information. Atlist Boutique is also not responsible for lost items with no tracking. If this is a concern please upgrade your shipment with tracking.
